ITSA’s 2nd Anniversary: Bridging The Gaps In IT Service Delivery

On November 29, 2024, IT Service Desk Africa (ITSA) celebrated its second anniversary with an elegant gathering themed ‘An Evening with the Chairman’. Held in Ikoyi, Lagos, the event honoured ITSA’s growth as a leading IT service provider in Nigeria and its cherished relationships with its clients and stakeholders.

A Night of Gratitude and Celebration

Guests were warmly welcomed with a photo session and mingling over light refreshments. The event officially commenced with a heartfelt speech from Engr. Egbert Imomoh, Chairman of ITSA, set the tone for the evening by highlighting ITSA’s core values of innovation, integrity, and a customer-first approach.

The program unfolded with an artistic spoken-word performance by Jael Mudiaga, ITSA’s Digital Marketing Lead, whose words eloquently reflected the resilience and passion of ITSA’s esteemed clients. The attendees were reminded that ITSA views its clients as business associates and integral partners in its mission to redefine IT service delivery.

A Glimpse Into ITSA’s Journey

One of the evening’s highlights was a presentation by Sir Ikechukwu Onwumere, ITSA’s Founder, who shared the company’s journey of innovation and growth. From launching Nigeria’s first subscription-based Device Health Management Service (DHMS) to expanding offerings like process automation and managed services, ITSA has consistently set the standard in IT delivery.

The audience also heard glowing testimonials. This was from Benedicta Grandeur, Executive Administrator at Renaissance Group, and Tobi Ojulari, Admin Manager of Trewan Energy Limited. Their stories illustrated ITSA’s impact on businesses by providing reliable IT support, reducing device downtime, and enhancing productivity.

Not only that but plans to expand IT security services and reach new Nigerian cities were also highlighted.
